Woken up this morning and have pulled a muscle in my upper back. It hurts when i Breathe, so got a Physio Session tonight. Always the way when my training goes really well, then i get a minor set back. Wanted to do so much training over the weekend, but will have to rest it today and see how I feel tomorrow. I get the hump when i don’t train, sad I know.

Was down the gym at 7am this morning, managed to fit in 40 mins weight training & 45 mins cardio. I know I need to get back into a routine and start upping my game bit more. Just need motivation! Might hire a Personal Trainer again for 6 weeks and see how I go.

God, coming back from holiday and getting back into training is much harder than I thought. I worked so hard right up until I went away and that was sort of my goal, to look good around the pool./beach. Now I am home, it’s like what now?? Got a back injury, so cannot do long distance running at the moment. I guess,I would love to be able to train for a fitness pro comp, but in the UK they don’t really do many, if any shows like that. I need that sort of discipline, what with the intense traning and clean eating etc to push myself. This has turned into an essay!!!! Sorry!!!
