Yeah it sucks to be on that list, but I’m staying strong and I will be back in the gym in no time.

Miss sexy, I hurt myself by spilling boiling hot kettle water on my foot, I was making some green tea, I made a mistake by filling in too much water and I boiled it up, I accidentally hit the kettle with my elbow, then BOOM! it went crashing to the floor spilling all that steaming water on my foot, it literally burnt right through my skin and luckily enough I have good leg muscles as the doctor said as it could have been worse. But I have recovered along time ago from this incident and its slowly healing up, the process is slow, but the skin should be grown soon.
