					<description>Hmmm... interesting.  I'd probably have to do that on a day when I'm not working.  To get the discipline to stop what I'm doing and do 20 crunches and 20 pushups might be tough to get started.   I do work at a gym though, so that might be one angle I could attack it.  I'll just tell everyone it's a 'demonstration' for prospective members.  :)</description>
