First Blog - Consistency is the key

I’m new to this site, and i have been taking a look around at peoples profiles. Ive seen alot of inspirational stories about people losing weight and overcoming injuries and diseases, which is fantastic!!
Ive had it easy, always been thin, ive put on 55lbs of lean muscle in 4 years of consistent weights and cardio training. But i take my hat off to people that are exercising for a healthier lifestyle.
So keep up the great work everyone! Consistency + a few buckets of sweat = ResultsĀ and acheiveing your goals =D well maybe not a few buckets lol.
