Not as Easy as it Looks!!!
Wednesday, August 15th, 2007So for the last few days I’ve been reviewing tons of BodySpace profiles and the picture galleries…everyone looks amazing!!!
You all just made it look so easy!! After my workout today I realize that I really am CLUELESS on how to start this. From what Ive read/studied from different guys’ profiles and bb.com, DIET IS HALF THE BATTLE…well the only problem is that I dont know what to eat and what not to eat. Obviously I know that I need to limit fat and sugar, but everyone seems to be pushing carbs, but since im trying to lose weight as well as add muscle, does this still apply? I feel a lil overwhelmed.
The easiest part thus far has actually been the lifting. My technique improves with practice and I know what areas I really want to focus on. I just want to feel like a winner not only in the gym but at the dinner table, does that make sense?
Any suggestions?…articles I should read?…magic spells maybe????
