hopefully ill feel it tomorrow morning are else im going to be rather disapointed

<em>i now feel like im getting weaker and weaker because im only at gym once or twice a week :s before i could lift 100kg flat bench with ease but it its getting alot more difficult =[ im starting to strougle but thats now for now hopefully ill get back into my full training routine soon enough </em><br />
