today i lifted 100kg doing squats heaviest ive ever done
but i still cant feel it :=[
hopefully ill feel it tomorrow morning are else im going to be rather disapointed

but its good because now that i have a training partner who is almost as strong as me i think ima be able to go even higher so im looking forward to training for the next couple months =]
i now feel like im getting weaker and weaker because im only at gym once or twice a week :s before i could lift 100kg flat bench with ease but it its getting alot more difficult =[ im starting to strougle but thats now for now hopefully ill get back into my full training routine soon enough
