My Progress with my Chest & Triceps workout
June 4, 2008After Showing my max Bench press of 365LBS and getting there from 185LBS in about 8 months people ask what is my chest routine like. After the 365LBS video I had to stop working out for about a year or so. I just started back so I thought this would be a good time to show people my progress. I always do Triceps with chest so you will see both. I’ll make a new one showing my gains at the beginning of each month.
