It is official. We have launched the LBC Boot Camps (www.leanbodiesconsulting./boot_camp.html ) on our website. I am really excited about getting this started. Scott has been a great help in getting things going by collecting tires for flipping, working on a few of them to allow for some fun circuits that will involve tire dragging, and he has also helped me build wood blocks into something similar to the log press. So this definitely won’t be your same old boot camp. I am also excited to add that Amy has agreed to come down to Atlanta to meet with some of my campers and show them how to prepare some of the healthy and fun recipes that she makes and posts on our website. I am going to be updating my blog as things get going. Today I am taking the girls out to see if they can drag some tires
