Well here is the long and short. Been really busy tween work, kids, kids school, kids extra activities, work, wife and gym. Just a few things mentioned not the complete list. Most importantly I have kept up at the gym very well. In fact I miss it if I don’t go. The hard work is showing, just need to work harder. Right know I am working out 4 times a week for about an hour or more a day, right after work in the morning. It is hard to stay focused after being up for 4-6 hours then working for 8 more and hitting the gym for an hour more. It is down right near impossible to focus if I have to work a 12 hour shift. Every day I spend most my rest periods between sets yawning. LOL, but it is worth…WELL worth it.
Soon I will post some pics of my gains, if I can tear my wife away from here facebook page to take the pics…LOL!!

Well… since my current schedule has disallowed me any time to go to the gym I have reverted back to the old days. Dug out the old "Cast Iron" plate set and well used E-Z bar and layed em out on the floor. Egads!! Primitive, but still functional. Will certainly cut back on any major growth but will help me keep my sanity till summer comes and I can get back into the gym. Well…. lift on my friends!!

Now there seems to be a problem with my left wrist.. Had x-rays taken for a possible fracture or it just might be tendinitis. At this rate, I am never gonna get a full work out in the gym. Seems like one thing after another lately. Oh well can’t let it get me down. Gotta keep working.

Will be going back at it here after the weekend. Had some time off do to some prior injuries (like one right after the other). LOL. Latest was a snowboarding incident..think i cracked a rib. Anyway be in the gym Monday and see how it feels…till then….. keep working out everyone!!

I am at a stand still for the moment. I had surgery on my hand the first of September and have not been working our since. UGGGGG. Seems like one thing or another is keeping me from getting back to my workouts. At the moment I am suffering from a minor back injury and should be ok in a week or so. Till the next time….

Hello all!!
Welcome to my blog. I am not much of a talker (or typer) so these will be far and few between. I have been working out on and off for about a year. I have seen alot of change. Change is good! I have finally got a routine down that I can stick to almost weekly.
Hopefully in a week or two from this post I can load some pics and continue to show my improvment.
