Needed to catch up on some sleep, plus my hammies/glutes are FRIED from the SLDL&#8217;s yesterday, so I took the day off. 9 hours of sleep! I&#8217;ll do some HIIT tomorrow.

<p>Leg presses were super heavy, but they actually had one of jay&#8217;s DVD playing on the TV, So glancing at that between warm up set got me all pumped</p>
<p>SLDL were concentrated evil. almost passed out&#8230;37 reps in like 2 minutes fuuu</p>
<p>2 days of HIIT / REST&#8230;the conv deads, my fav<br />
