Needed to catch up on some sleep, plus my hammies/glutes are FRIED from the SLDL’s yesterday, so I took the day off. 9 hours of sleep! I’ll do some HIIT tomorrow.

Leg presses were super heavy, but they actually had one of jay’s DVD playing on the TV, So glancing at that between warm up set got me all pumped
SLDL were concentrated evil. almost passed out…37 reps in like 2 minutes fuuu

trained with oggy today, weighed in at 186lbs, lost 2lbs since wheels down. hiit 2mrw
