Shoulder workout
September 4, 2008I don’t write blogs often but had to share what a great workout I had last night. Now I know that I don’t push myself as hard as I should be.
I had an awesome shoulder workout last night. I’ve been having trouble getting my shoulders to grow. Last night the gym owner trained with me and he really pushed me during my workout. It felt Great…the Burning, aching and shaking thru that last set…It was hard but I kept the ol’ saying in mind "No Pain No Gain" and boy am I feeling it today. The only problem is that pushing myself that hard is something I can’t do alone. I need someone there to help me get my arms up when they don’t want to go anymore no matter I hard I try……Once I was done with the workout my shoulders were popped out like I’ve never seen before. I’m hoping evenually I can get them the size of a baseball….that’s my goal!!
