When they make you feel like $#!T

Today my Father an i were talkin an he asked me what have i accomplished with workin out?? I said "Jus look at me..lol..lets see you try and keep up!" ill admit my dad may be old but he is a BAD ASS..i look up to him a lot..but today when he said that it made me feel like im not doing anything good or right…nor does he see me doin well..i mean i kno i am..I mean shit im not in a gang i dont do drugs i live the life i live  but today i jus felt like shit not too much support….so i think im gunna get DEEPER INVOLVED..

i kno there are ppl with bigger problems but hope that my shoulder gets better so i can lift and wrestle.. i hurt it at wrestling practice yesterday…im not doin anything but runnin 5 miles everyday til its 100% any challenges ppl got ta throw at me??

REAL HELP!!! PLZ

So im studyin to become a personal trainer and nutrionist and i believe i understand and kno a lot..but there is alwways room to grow ;) i need some real help..take a look at my pictures..i think i have a great upper body and im very proud but i could use some help on how to make my biceps bigger maybe cuz i see them every day i think they are small..ppl tell me that they are nice but i feel they arnt where they should be…so it would be great to hear from you on some BIG TIME bicep workouts…thanks much..AMERIKIN

My senior yr of high school(2007) i joined the wrestling team, made varsity, started, placed, all were some of my goals…now im out of school since then i workout at least 5 times a week…very active can do just about anything cut weight and hit the weight but really i think im just addicted to it now..there are things that i could be addicted to that are farrrrrr worse…so im good where i stand…im my mind numerious times ive contenplated wether or not should i try to become a fitness model or body builder..i want some challenges in this field which i LOVE so much..so any suggestions????
