Learning more and more.. Want a custom lifting work out.
The past few weeks, I’ve had my brother come out and teach me more about lifting etc. I now know more then I knew before. I’d really like to get a more custom work out going so I can get the results that I want.
I need toning all over, esp my thighs (I’m 25, I should not have cellulite! lol) and my abs. Does anyone know a good workout or someone I can talk to that can make up a work out for me? Thanks!

Try the Dark Knight workout that is listed on the site. It is awesome. If it is not listed, I could send you the instructions and workout. I am on my 3rd week of it now. Goodluck.
