					<description>Spin classes are awesome!  A lot of folks may think that they are a joke but they are a real ass kicker!  I did a double session 90 minutes on Wednesday and needed Thursday to recover from it.  I am going to do a 45 minute session tonite.
Hey, it is never an embarrassment to go to the gym- be proud of what you are doing. I was 270 pounds when I started and I can tell you from experience it only gets better and better.
I got my gym shorts and shirts at thrift stores and saved a bundle.
Stay strong and focused and keep up the great work!
