First Spin class today
12 min in I wanted to fall off the bike. 85% my ass was hurting from the seat and 15% my legs were on fire. I brought a water bottle that was too big to fit the holder so no water for me the next 48 min. I stuck with it the full time and did the best I could. Great workout! I will be looking forward to mondays.

Keep at it! I teach spinning and once you get over your rear hurting from the seat, the workout can be intense!

Yea- It was one of the better cardio workouts Ive done in a long time. Its 100000x better than running 3 miles, mostly because I dont need a hand full of percoset for the pain in my knees/hips/shins.
