Except I woke up late an missed mon spin class. that really pisses me off. Oh well- Did 20 min on the bike and got to work early. This month I will be trying out Mitorophin fat loss stuff (http://blog.bodybuilding.com/deserusan/2008/08/10/what-is-gaspari-mitotropin/) mr.deserusan seems to be a fan of the stuff. I will be taking a pic today and at the end of the cycle to see how well it works.
Workouts to be 6am 1hr Spin class Mon/Wed/Friday
4pm 20 min Cycle followed by weights Mon/friday

Especially at the beginning. I slipped in my driveway and "super sprained" my ankle. It hurts, much like watching NFL officiating. Talked with a physical therapist and she said I would live. So I think Friday I will get back to spinning. I was supposed to start lifting again this week but the fact that I could barely walk up and down the stairs made me reconsider.

Well we have 3 dogs and its been a long slow winter so far. Half the house is under renovation and the other half is where we all try to fit together. Our 1 year old puppy has tons of energy while the 2 others are about 9 and would rather snuggle with you on the couch. So last night we decide to take them for a walk. As soon as the wife says the word they all jump up and start going nuts. So we get them leashed up and head outside. It was about a 3 mile walk. Normally the puppy wants to pull you the entire time but hes now walking next to me. About 1/2 mile from the house I start jogging with the dog. We get to the house and let all three in.
They all hit the floor and pass out. lol. I guess we need to start doing that every day now!

Todays spin class was weird. The teacher seemed to do random stuff and it really had no true rhythm. I did get a decent workout but not like the others. Start lifting again today. Back and traps. Hopefully it doesnt make the scales go crazy

This mornings Spin class was good. Good being I only thought there was a chance my heart was going to A. Explode from my chest, B. Claw its own way out or C. make me continue. I was hoping for A but got C. I expected that because I always sucked on Lets Make a Deal. I really like hitting the Sauna after wards. It gives the full "hell" experience of the whole deal. I found out the instructor uses a playlist she created. I am going to give her a DVD with 9 million new songs to choose from. I hear Shakiras horrible voice one more time I think I might start wearing earplugs. Course those would be handy for the house too. I truly need to invest in Bike shorts. Its not right and I think its a sin to have sorness where I do.
Id also like to embarress myself with some of their other programs but I think Feb/March I am going to stick with mon/wed/fri public embarressment and Mon-Fri Personal when I start lifting again. I havent lifted since may which sucks, but I know with 4-6 weeks I will be too tired to get out of bed. ever. Im looking forward to it.

Of spinning- I feel better. Jeans that were tight are now loose. I didnt keep up with the diet this weekend but did hit the gym and worked around the house. All was good until the wind ripped my garage roof off. Called insurance and had someone come look at it. I cant wait to hit the cycle tomorrow morning. Actually I can but I love hitting the sauna afterward.

I thought I was going to die. So I dragged my ass out of bed 525 this morning and headed for the gym. So much in a daze I didn’t see the bull moose across the street until I about backed into him. He didn’t seem to mind and just snorted at me while chewing on a twig.
So there I was at the gym getting my "bike" into position thinking, I must hate myself. On the bike the pain instantly came back. If you’ve ever done a spin class your "taint" area suffers a lot. Well mine was still sore from Fridays torture session. Side note- I think my instructor on Fri was like 6 months pregnant yet still kicking my ass.
So I sit uneasily and begin to warm up at 0605. 0610 we begin. Not too bad I think I’m getting used to this, although I might need some local anesthetic for the "area" connected to my seat next class. As we ramp it up I begin to feel the pain. At 8 min I want to stop this crazy train and lay on the floor and wait for medics or a priest. Which ever one shows up first. I figure pain is weakness leaving the body or cancer either way I’m screwed so I keep pedaling. I really don’t know what’s worse my instructor who I think hates us (me specifically) or the super cheesy techno from the "Now That What I call Music 19,343" cd. So not only are my legs on fire but my ears are now bleeding. Hell I figure somewhere between the pain is a zen like place I can go to. All I can come up with is death or purgatory, but I’m not Catholic so I lean for death.
As we descend into the 3rd circle of hell we reach the 30 min mark. I am quite dizzy but I think that’s blood reaching parts of my body that hasn’t seen oxygen in years. I am now a human saltwater sprinkler and the pain in my "area" is no longer an issue. I figure I got this! I figured wrong. I’m thinking sweats might have been a bad choice. But then again so was exercising but one thing keeps me going. Stupidity. I ponder for a moment, this must be Lance Armstrong’s warm-up routine. I will probably have a dream tonight that he is my instructor. At 48 min we are "done", 3 min of cool down and I think I am home free. Nope, we need to do some yoga to stretch afterwards. Ever done yoga when you have 0 energy left? That is tough! Try to get out of a stretch, its like trying to run a mile after squatting 400lbs. I don’t want to be that guy who needed a rescue team when he couldn’t get out of his hamstring stretch so I sucked up what little energy I had left and pulled it together. What I didn’t realize is I now have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the lockers. WHY do we not have an escalator? I put a death grip on that rail as I walked down the stairs with 2 cheese sticks for legs. I made it! I have a little thank God I didn’t make a scene party in my head and head to the locker room to see if I left my dignity in my backpack.
I can see why they only do it Mon/Wed/Fri. There are only 2 people ever who could do it 5 days a week, one is Lance Armstrong and the other is Jesus.
Anyone want to go to "class" with me on Wed? Starts at 0600!

12 min in I wanted to fall off the bike. 85% my ass was hurting from the seat and 15% my legs were on fire. I brought a water bottle that was too big to fit the holder so no water for me the next 48 min. I stuck with it the full time and did the best I could. Great workout! I will be looking forward to mondays.
