I’m back at 90%!!!
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for stopping by and leaving encouraging words. I was able to get through my leg workout on Wednesday without incident…I had to lift a lighter than normal however that’s better than not working out at all. I was able to even do cardio afterwards.
I haven’t begun running yet, I don’t think I’m up for that…for now I’ll just stick to the bike and elliptical machine. I figure in about a week I can begin to run.
I’m just happy to workout pain free; if there is such a thing. LOL!
