Happy Tuesday - 12 weeks out
Hi Everyone,
Hope you had a good weekend and good Valentine’s Day. I had an extra day off and I’m still worn out! I have begun incorporating 2x a day and let me tell you it isn’t easy!! My body is physically tired. This the first time I have in a long while that I have done this. I sleep like a baby now! I know that over the next 12 weeks this will make significant improvement on my body. Sometimes I wish I could just take the blue pill and get into contest shape.
I know it’s only wishful thinking, and I have to keep repeating my mantra to myself, "If this were easy, everyone would compete." I think it gets harder on the days I’m extra tired but I still keep pushing no matter what. Right now I go to the gym 6 days a week and do cardio 7 days a week. Coupled with school studying, and work God only knows how I manage to get this stuff done.
Let me go, I’m at work it’s 1:15 and I’m going running at 1:45 and by the time I get back into the office it will be time for me to eat my meal with carbs!! Yea!!! Smooches!
