Hope you are doing well today. Hope your training and dieting is going well too!! This week has been a hard week. I haven’t gotten any cardio in at all
Normally I take off from the gym on Fridays but not tonight. I have to go. I have to hit my back hard and get in a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio. I’m not worried I’ll get back on track. I’ll just be glad when we move our clocks forward so I can start running in the mornings again.
Well let me go, I’m at work and I have a conference call at 9:30 a.m. UGH! Whoever thinks to have conference calls that early in the morning needs to be slapped. J/k. LOL!
