Been M.I.A.

Hi Everyone!!

I know it’s been a while since I blogged.  November to be exact.  I hope everyone has had a great year thus far.

I have taken on some new challenges for 2009.  I began school.  I have decided to go against everything I thought I would do and become an RN.  I know you probably thinking how did I come to this resolution?  Well, I figured, I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, I enjoy interacting with people, and there is a shortage of nurses so why not?

I am still training, and my first show for 2009 is Mr. and Mrs. Natural Philadelphia.  This will be the first show that I am training for solely by myself.  So it will definitely be a new experience.  This is a chance to put to the test everything I have learned in the past year.

I have had some personal challenges for 2009. I know you’re probably thinking how could this be since the year has just begun.  Matters of the heart are always personal if you know what I mean.  Trying to maintain my composure and remain focused is mentally draining.  I know that I will get through it.

Anywho, thanks for stopping by, I will make sure I blog more consistently, after all writing is my outlet and I don’t mind disclosing my life because it lets people know that even though my strength and composure may show on the outside, internally I struggle with things just like anyone else.  I suppose it shows my humanistic and humble side.

So be blessed, be motivated, and continue to pursue your dreams.

An RN huh? Well you get it girl. I went to school to become a medic back in like 2004. Good luck with that and good luck with your show.
