Cyrus, Greetings to you. I dont know how I came across your blog but I'm pleased that I did(I guess everything for a reason) I am very interested in the potential that it could take and would consider it an honor to be a part of it. Both to teach AND to learn. I too appreciate that what many consider the effort of learning the stimulus/response of everyhting from the endocrine system to an individual's food allergies/sensitivities can actually make their journey a lot shorter. Also at the level that most of us are at, It's really not that hard to find to establish one's baselines for these things. And then there's the consideration of natural or not and all of the variables that come with. From how much is enough for the natural to "I can get ripped eating MacDonalds on Growth to resceptor site shutdown and reboot. Then there's the extremely useful information that can be gleaned from diabetic nutrition or wasting diseases such as cancer and aids or neuro diseases such as MS(my mother had this one) All these things can offer so much useful information to those of us who want to get bigger here or leaner there etc... I realize I'm going on. Please take it as props to you for the inspiration. Again, this blog has the potential to BLOW UP! The subject matter is ripe for input and debate. I hope that people will take advantage of the opportunity to learn and to teach here.(peace)

Your blog is very inteligent and makes sense. Do you think that a person should have bloodwork done in order to get a better idea of how their body works. I know that I have tried different supplements that have given me the opposite results of what I was told and same for diets and training. I guess we aren't all rubberstamps after all. TTYL.......D
