Advice panel

After reviewing so many blogs of people wanting advice to giving advice, I thought I’d approach this as a wikipedia type format where people seeking advice would get a subject matter response either by me or others. But not as to encourage the hap hazard advice of people who simply recommend without empathizing the advicee’s physiogical or environmental factors. It’s not a "it worked for me so I should assume it would work for you." In fact, let me start off with how many of you understand and can advice in diversity the physilogical factors of insulin or the endocrine system to achieve fat loss, retention, or gain, and to add to that, how can you increase energy by what amounts during carb depletion or to recover from it while still trying to achieve fat loss or anabolic returns? Some of us put into context that our credentials in health and fitness are far beyond than what they really are…
