exhausted body…
my body is sore right now and i’m feelin’ really tired.. i did a whole body workout (chest, shoulders, abs, bis/tris etc) and ran about a 5k….i need to create a concrete workout plan separatin’ different parts of my body (while also incorporating cardio every other day or so)

If you go to the bodybuilding website, there is a section that has a variety of workouts. Some are more intense that others and the body parts are broken up.
