Jump Ropin’
Wednesday, May 21st, 2008I finally bought a jump rope the other day and started to do that for cardio, since I can’t always run outside. It’s a great exercise that’s convenient, fast and especially simple; as a result, it’s an ideal way to work on cardiovascular endurance while also enhancing performance, agility and speed as well. Looks like I won’t have an excuse NOT to do cardio!
