					<description>On those cold days I bet you will be thinking about Ring Around the Rosy, but will you go outside and run around the tree with her???? I had a similar guy in my old neighborhood who would come outside at exactly 5:30 am everymorning and do stretching exercises on the corner for about 30 minutes and then go back inside for the rest of the day. I always said I would go out and do them with him one day, but I never had the guts.</description>

					<description>My protein pancakes are probably a lot simpler than most on here. (Agirl is always short on time ;) Anywho I take a scoop of protein, 1/4 cup dry oatmeal, 1-2 packets of splenda, and add water until it looks the right consistency (Sometimes I add natural peanut butter too). From there I just put it in the pan like u would a regular pancake and voila, on the go clean eatin lol.</description>
