Early Bird Special…
So I know I wasn’t suppose to take all my stats until this Friday, but I just couldn’t wait. I felt so good this morning when I woke up and I wanted to know if that feel-good feeling would be reflected in the numbers. Now although I am six pounds shy of my weight goal, I have absolutely no complaints about the progress that I’ve made in the last couple of months. I’ve lost inches all over and the defintion is really starting to come out. And none of this would have been actualized if I hadn’t really gotten firm with my eating.
I know. Surprise, surprise. Everyone on here preaches that nutrition is 80% of the battle, but I still thought I could get a way with a couple of slips a week, (Okay, maybe closer to 4 or 5 slips) and have my youth carry me through. And yeah I didn’t gain a substantial amount of weight eatingĀ out all the time, but now I’ve truly come to understand that minimum effort yields minimum results. I’ve applied this to other aspects of my life, and finally it has clicked forĀ this. Yea me lol. So anyway, I guess I should come up with some new goals. I think I’ll make this a shorter time frame. My birthday is coming up at the end of March so I’ll use that. Check em out, let me know what you think. Happy lifting everyone

Wow - you’ve made GREAT progress that’s very obvious in your pictures!!! Keep up the fantastic work!!
