Weekend of Debauchery…
Okay, so some of you may have noticed that I have not written my food log for the past few days. That is because I completely abandoned everything I knew about clean eating Saturday and Sunday, oh and a little bit Friday night lol. I won’t give you the gruesome details, there may or may not have been alcohol, burgers and hotdogs involved
But, I bounced back Sunday evening and all is well.
Since I’ve been keeping the log, I do see the benefit in writing down everything that you eat. After going over it earlier, I realized that one of the things holding me back from not makingĀ gains as quickly as I’d like is the fact that I’m not taking in enough calories. Because of school and class and the fact that some rooms you can eat in and some you can’t, it’s a little difficult for me to keep up on an 2-3 hour eating schedule. But, I’m gonna figure it out this week dab nabbit.
Oh, btw, Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll makes the most fabulous protein pancakes.

Two things..
1. I’ve kept a food journal (good AND bad days) for a year and a half or so and it’s the BEST thing I’ve EVER decided to do for my health. I also write sayings of wisdom in them to help me through my day (sayings I write… I AM a writer you know..lol!) If you’re lucky I might share them with you sometime!
2. How do you make your protein pancakes? Pancakes are my FAVORITE thing to eat right now (since I gave up ice cream, anyway…)

My protein pancakes are probably a lot simpler than most on here. (Agirl is always short on time
Anywho I take a scoop of protein, 1/4 cup dry oatmeal, 1-2 packets of splenda, and add water until it looks the right consistency (Sometimes I add natural peanut butter too). From there I just put it in the pan like u would a regular pancake and voila, on the go clean eatin lol.
