Awoke with a severe case of the scrawnies…
Jumped on the scale and hit an all time low of 179…..Sh!%! That is just not the plan right now. I’ve added clean carbs to the diet and a few more cals, even had major cheat two days ago. Had been hangin out around 184 and looking to add…what gives. Could be i’ve been playing alittle b-ball evenings, pushing weight in the morn. Looking for my next move thou gotta start adding some damm weight 179 is pissing me off!!!!!

What kind of numbers are you getting for Cals a day Aaron? Also how much protein are you getting a day?
