1. Become closer to God, I would love for my spiritual strength to be on the same level of my physical strength.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello all, just thought I&#8217;d share my New year resolutions with you all. There not necessarily in any specific order but let me know what you think.</p>
<p>1. Become closer to God, I would love for my spiritual strength to be on the same level of my physical strength.</p>
<p>2. Become a far more positive person&#8230;.like we learned in church yesterday; me must be more positive about life, church and other people.  So I want to cut out all those nasty thoughts and live a happier joyous life. </p>
<p>3.  Improve my mental health.  As I stated before I want it to be on the same level of my physical health.</p>
<p>4.  Be better prepared for the next knee surgery, whenever that may be. Wow it&#8217;s been rough and this leg is so weak and puney lol</p>
<p>5.  Lose these 2 stubborn inches off my waist. I have this incredible meal plan and I am dedicated so I think things will go well.</p>
<p>6.  Get these awful legs back into shape, add a couple of inches to my legs as well as my arms. </p>

		<title>Recovering from knee surgery</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well guys, it&#8217;s almost been a month since my lateral release and wow it&#8217;s no joke.  Found out yesterday while I was in physical therapy that I&#8217;m not where I should or need to be.  My range of motion isn&#8217;t good and they had to force that knee to bend and let me tell you&#8230;&#8230;that hurt so bad I was in tears. So now I&#8217;m wondering if anyone out there has any pointers or exercises I can do to make this darn knee bend more than I am doing.  I want to heal properly of course so I&#8217;m willing to do what it takes.  So I&#8217;m open to any advice you may have for me.
