					<description>Hi, Evvy.  Sorry abt the complications.  I've had co-workers go thru knee replacements and meniscus removal.  Try a soak in warm to hot water (30 min), then knee bends similar to PT.
It's still early in your healing, so stay positive and upbeat.  You're as strong as steel, and will overcome.

					<description>You aren't overdoing it at all, you're kicking ass!!!  You're body will burn more fat when you do your cardio immediatley after weights or first thing in the morning. Try to drink 10gm of whey protein beforehand and that should ramp up your metabolism and you should burn even MORE fat. Go Air Force BTW!!!! My father retired about a year ago- Full Bird too, started out Airman 1st class so I'm pretty proud of him. And I was born on a base and didn't get off one until we were stationed at the USAFA... but I digress... cardio in the morning is awesome!!! Keep going, you're looking great!</description>

					<description>HI.  I'm currently using Lipo 6 and it isn't too bad. I would recommend taking 3 pills a day spaced out and take nothing after 3pm.  No lie when they say it will disrupt your sleep.  ALthough I have actually gained weight, and I only take it in the morning (2 pills, not the recommended 4-6 a day).  I'm going to stick with it though because I have heard good things about it.  ALso it won't work if you don't diet and exercise right.  So I've heard.
