New Training
Ok now I am trying something different. I do my cardio and abs in the morning prior to work. I do it about 3 to 5 days a week. Then I weight train after work Monday-Friday. Some people are worried that I’m over doing it. Let me know what you think….thanks!!!!!!

You aren’t overdoing it at all, you’re kicking ass!!! You’re body will burn more fat when you do your cardio immediatley after weights or first thing in the morning. Try to drink 10gm of whey protein beforehand and that should ramp up your metabolism and you should burn even MORE fat. Go Air Force BTW!!!! My father retired about a year ago- Full Bird too, started out Airman 1st class so I’m pretty proud of him. And I was born on a base and didn’t get off one until we were stationed at the USAFA… but I digress… cardio in the morning is awesome!!! Keep going, you’re looking great!

Thanks so much! it’s been working out pretty well. It also helps with me so much throughout the day.
