Home Run
Tonight was the second time this early spring season that I took one out of the park. I guess putting on this new muscle weight has really helped. I think the power came from my legs since that seems to be where my biggest gains have been. It’s just good to know that even though I’m hittin the weights hard that I can still play softball and football. Basketball on the other hand it seems I lost some of my agility which I hope to get back soon.
