Tonight was the second time this early spring season that I took one out of the park. I guess putting on this new muscle weight has really helped. I think the power came from my legs since that seems to be where my biggest gains have been. It’s just good to know that even though I’m hittin the weights hard that I can still play softball and football. Basketball on the other hand it seems I lost some of my agility which I hope to get back soon.

Today was a great chest workout for me. I didn’t have my workout partner due to work but that didn’t stop me from hittin the heavy weights. I finally met my goal of pushing up the 120 lbs. dumbells on flat bench eight times, heck ya!! I was also, suprised that I was able to get 120 dumbells on decline 6 times. Its good to see that my strength is increasing weekly, I just hope that some muscle gain will come along with it.
