So sorry about the break up sweetie! I volunteer to shave your ass, but I live kinda far away.Keep your head up Dennis. YOu are an awesome guy, who has a lot to offer some lucky lady out there. If she doesn’t see that, she doesn’t deserve you! Cant wait to see how you do at the next show!
I’m sorry honey but at least instead of sitting around you’re putting your efforts into something positive. I tend to self destruct everytime I split up with my bf which is often, not every healthy I know. Best wishes. Maybe I’ll have to come check ya out at the show, not sure if I’ll be ready by then but it’ll be fun trying.
Wow even though something negative happened in your life you put a postive twist on it. Reading this blog has inspired me to stay postive no matter how down I get and just move forward, it can only get better, right?!! Don’t worry the right one will be out there but in the mean time have fun. I’m sure you won’t have a problem finding someone to help ya shave those "trouble spots" for ya!
How is your training going? I know after I broke up with a boyfriend my bench press went from 135 to 175 within 2 months! LOL, but it is a positive way to deal! Take care
Sorry for the breakup that is never easy. Go to hear that you are putting your energy toward yourself. Can’t wait to see the after photos from your show. GOOD LUCK MAN!!!
Oh baby, I feel your pain. I feel exactly how you felt, check out my blogs. We are both on the same page. My life has been quite the whirlwind lately, but things are better and it’s all working out for the best. you know. Take care love and i’m always here if you need me!
After a while you may find the break up to be beneficial, maybe in a weird way. But I know the pain and wish you stay positive and good luck with your process!!!

Can I shave you?!?! Just kidding.
Keep up the good work. Looking great.
It’s great that you redirected your energy and put it to good use.
