Well… pat myself on the back for not letting the weight creep back up again… and doing the little run/walk with the dogs; but seriously need to get to a gym. I know building the muscle helps with the calorie burning and overall fitness. Just do it.

I really do need to remember how good I feel after I exercise… why isn’t it easier to get started????

A little guilty about the frozen yogurt, yesterday. It wasn’t as good as it ’should’ have been.. haha.
Feelin’ like I’m on the ‘downhill’ weight road and that’s the way I like it!

Well… didn’t go down; but didn’t go up either:)
I enjoyed the luscious lunch too much to feel guilty about it.
I have an appointment on Tues (long weekend Mon.) to go to Curves for Women; it’s only a 1/2 hr. program, but may be enough to kick start me into something else.
Whoooooo Hooooooo

OK… the eating plan is to eat ‘as close to the earth’ as possible… EVERY three hours and drink my water.
I hate to food fetish; so, instead of writing the boring ‘what I ate’s’… I’m going to write the things I felt guilty eating.
I am not going to feel guilty going to my friends for lunch, today, and having frozen yogurt for dessert.. haha.
Have a great day fellow Body Bud’s.

I wonder what the secret is to eating right?
Anyway - I promised myself to write down everything I’ve eaten (zzzzzzzzzzzz)… since last post I had bbq smokie and zucchini for dinner and sunflower seeds later on. Quite a few garden carrots.
This morning two boiled eggs for breakfast and a coffee with skim milk.
*tomato juice and egg salad sandwich for lunch
* bbq hamburger and spagetti squash for dinner… maybe some cheese for a snack.

Next thing I know I’ll be over 170; that’s not good on my little frame.
I apologize to the people going hungry around the world, but I threw out some lovely black licorice and delicious friendship cake this morning. If it’s in the house, I eat it. It’s better to be thrown out than added to my diet.
My promise to myself, today - is that I can eat anything I want; but I will write it down!
Breakfast
4 black licorice pieces (120 cal)
1/2 piece of cake (probably 200 cal)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 cup tomato juice
((Hugs))

What a nut case I am -I need to get on ‘the program’ to start dropping these pounds….
No excuses - the weather is perfect - I’m healthy (except for the weight) and I have the time.
"Giving myself a pep talk"~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
