Yard Work/MOving

body is hurting yesterday i started to move some gravel rocks /doing some landscaping. back hurts leggs and for some reason my chest feels  nice and tight. bust of been the way i lifted the wheel barrel.  also moved some bins filled with old books  from basement to garage , talk about the stair master work out.. still not done got more yard work to do and more things to sell at garagesale or place in storage.

over all good total body work out.

Calorie goal: 1,495; calories consumed: 1,188; calories burned: 213 Net calories: 975 Mood: Tired Today, I feel.soar triceps, Lats and traps are hurting , I know i gave them a good work out cause they feel so tight. Today I spoiled my self and went for a massage, My front part of the traps connecting to the neck still kind of tender, just need to rest and let it heal. no dog walk today , I went shopping for shoes today got me some saucony(cohesion) running shoes they are soft but feels as if i need a little more support. Went for some so called expert advice to a place called runners rooster,the sales kid pretty much told me that once I am ready to buy that he will put me on the running machine and record the way I walk and run and then have me try multiple shoes to see which one is the best for my feet. only had one bud light compared to my normal six pack and no tortillas, whoo hoo. in my meals i Chopped 2 garlic cloves and mixed in my meal for heart health. at 11:30pm MNT I decided to do 2 sets of 12 Crunches on the exercise ball.I experienced some very pain full abdominal cramps so i stopped, will do some research to see if normal to have pain. here is what i eat and how i get teh calories,..http://www.livestrong.com/profile/absinmotion/

Today, I feel..guilty , thank god for writing things down the tortillas and the beers are bad carbs I do not need.
what a mistake , so that means I need to hit my cardio more today and increase my weight lifting..

Blood sugars today at 11:30am mnt was at 155, a little high cause of the carbs . goal is 80-130. ended day with 122

Note need to buy heart rate watch when possible , so easier to track fat burning zone on the cardio.

also put on under armor spandex to avoid hungry cheeks..lol

Today, I feel… guilty one of my friend invited me out to have a beer
I settled for Bud light.Had about 3 pints and lots of water., so took the dog for a walk
about 1hr and 30min and started to walk and jog , knees hurt a little and so do the chins.
No pain no gain,did some weight lifting. noted work out on Bodybuilding.com/Abs_in_motion

Bicep Hurts a little from exercise but that means the muscle is growing.
my blood glucose highest was 199 but that is because of the tortillas and the beer.

the walk and weight lifting lowered it and i am down to 122, goal is to be 80-130 for type 2 diabetic.
I felt good about my self cause i worked my traps and lats with some good sets at 12rep and a good weight.

I need to slowly cut the tortillas and the beer, i wil start with cutting the tortillas.

Today, I feel… OK NOT TOO BAD, SOMETIMES FELT HUNGRY OR WAS  MY BODY ASKING FOR WATER.
Drank some water and that helped a little.  later I ate an a small apple.
Working graveyard shift sucks,I feel weird/tired in the day.
I miss the sunlight, O well;working from home is cool since I
can work out and go grab a healthy snack when i need one.

My lowest lowest blood level was 116 the highest was 160, i need to keep  between 80-130.
Not bad since in the past over 250 to 340 that is very dangerous.
