I haven’t had a lot of time lately to get on and document any progress or write anyone back which I will do soon. It’s been a really bad couple of weeks and I fell off my training a couple of times but hopefully everything will get back on track now

Well, today was a slow training day considering i’m still trying to get over a bad cold. I did some cardio on the eliptical & treadmill. I was finally able to wake up earlier so I could make it to the gym and take my time Hopefully this cold will be gone tomorrow and let me get in a better training session.

Well, i don’t think the new pics came out very well but oh well. I’m sure once I feel more confident they will look better. Anyway, i’m still running the stairs at work. I’m trying to wake up earlier so i can go to the gym before a lot of people get there, I feel more comfortable then…

I kind of had a sloppy weekend cause I was sick , but I’m gonna try to take some new pics tonight and hopefully they will come out good .I take my massage exam this month so I might have to go a little light on my training so I can get in some serious study time. I wish that my gym was 24-7 I feel so much more active at night. Is it bad to exercise before you go to bed?

I have to up the intensity of my program now because the exercises are getting easier. Which is good cause that means i’m getting stronger and have more stamina. I’m starting to smooth out now too! Which means eventually I will feel comfortable enough to actually take a pic in a bathing suit or something.

I started doing a Pilates dvd which deff. made a difference with my core. I have more stamina while running the stairs at work which feels good. Hopefully I won’t miss a step and fall down. I hope to put a new picture up soon.

I think i’m finally starting to show abs!!!!!! I’ve doing yoga again which has helped with my posture. I’ve started doing random squats and pushups at work too.

I been working really hard and lost a little weight but I haven’t seen any changes lately. I’m trying not to get discouraged Maybe if I was a little taller I would be able to see any changes better…

I think all my hard work is starting to pay off! My weight is going up but i think it is muscle now instead of fat. I am also eating my first ever avacado. It tastes really weird but I heard it had good fats in it.
