Well, today was a slow training day considering i’m still trying to get over a bad cold. I did some cardio on the eliptical & treadmill. I was finally able to wake up earlier so I could make it to the gym and take my time
Hopefully this cold will be gone tomorrow and let me get in a better training session.

I kind of had a sloppy weekend cause I was sick , but I’m gonna try to take some new pics tonight and hopefully they will come out good .I take my massage exam this month so I might have to go a little light on my training so I can get in some serious study time. I wish that my gym was 24-7 I feel so much more active at night. Is it bad to exercise before you go to bed?

I have to up the intensity of my program now because the exercises are getting easier. Which is good cause that means i’m getting stronger and have more stamina.
I’m starting to smooth out now too! Which means eventually I will feel comfortable enough to actually take a pic in a bathing suit or something.
