Getting Ready!
So I started my stack today, taking lots of protein in various forms, as well as some other supplements to aid in the bulking process and all in all I think I have got that area under control and scheduled out the way I want and in a manner that fits my life schedule. I’m trying to consume at least 215g of protein a day while I am hitting the weights as hard as I can and still doing a fair bit of cardio, but its a delicate balance I have found out of lifting and not doing TOO much cardio.
So I went to the gym today with the mindset of learning my limits for the weights I will be lifting and the exercises I will be doing. I kind of wanted to learn what was too much and what was not enough for the coming weeks. As far as a workout I had just planned on folloing the 12 week transformation guide on the site with a few things thrown in here and there. My weak point is my upper body strength as I never really trained or worked it that much, I was always the running type and now I want to be the total body type
so once again NEW ME HERE I COME!!!
BTW did I mention that I’m pysched about posting a picture of my weight on Monday….WHOOHOO
