Rode again last night. Using simple creatine works wonders.

Using creatine again to increase length of miles rode.
For those asking my cardio is 4 times a week at 7.2 miles per. Just maintaing is my goal weight was achieved in May.
Since March 1, i started my extreme cardio sessions(speed walking with running for 1 minute for every mile walked. Supplemented Lipo 6 (the 20th).
