Leg Day…
Well it has been a while since I wrote one of these. So anyways, today was leg day and I planned on taking it easy because I strained my left groin on friday. I started by taking it easy on squats on 235 x 12 for 3 sets, but when I got to the leg press I felt strong so I started off with 1080lbs for the first set. It was easy… Jumped to 1280lbs…easy… Loaded up 1400lbs… I hit it 8 times no spot, it was kinda heavy. After leg press I decided to do walking lunges with 135lbs across my back which was no fun. So much for taking it easy today.
