Since I’m still new to Body Building I am always open to advise and suggestions. If you have anyone thing that has worked really well for you I’d appreciate hearing from you!

I am currently working out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday and doing Cardio on Wednesday, Saturday is an off day. I will also be doing various cardio during the week (biking) based on weather and time.
