… I figured that in most schools and colleges, they have the "no pass, no play" method. Where if a player doesnt pass a class, they dont play for so many games or a season. Well, I decided that I wont shave until I have reached my goal weight of 215. Tommorow(Monday) will be the day I weigh myself in the morning and find out if I meet that goal. (because This beard has been growing for 3 weeks now, and I cant really grow a full beard yet, lol, so it looks horrible.) I’ve just been taking this training seriously with diet and cardio/weights since monday. So, we’ll have to wait and see.

Tommorow I would also like to see if my Bench Press has moved up a bit as well. That is the one lift I am concerned about the most.

Today, Wed/July/11/07, was my first leg day back after a 2-3 week layoff from the gym due to a major cold, in which I still have(couldnt stay away from the gym… makes me feel better too). Anyways, I felt pretty good energy wise, but it seems that my weight/reps has gone down since my last leg day. I also felt some slight pain in my left knee when doing squats on the "Smith." Other than that, everything went pretty good.

My nutrition on this day wasnt to bad, I had a pretty solid breakfast, not so great lunch, as I ate left over chinese food, Great meal of that, having my post workout meal now, and going to have a shake before bed. Deffinitly not as good as some days, but not to bad.

I’ve been taking alot of vitamins and multi vitamins lately due to my cold, and I found that they have been helping. The Exercise as well hasnt had any negatives yet. So, again I am going to get up tommorow morning at 6, take my Hydroxycut Hardcore and go and do my half hour cardio on the Elip’, and do the same day over again, just better food.
