Tuesday, November 25th, 2008People keep asking me the key to a six pack.LIke i said before,its cardio..and a clean diet.You cant get a "ripped" core if you have a ton of fat.You use your abs everyday,just by standing,getting out off bed,tying your shoes.Most people have a very nice six pack..its just covered with fat.You must lose the fat first.No ab lounge or speical crunch will give you a six pack.Dont be nieve and buy into the products.Save your money and buy a good cardio machine.Cardio alone will not do it.Watch what you put in your mouth.Eatting junk will fill in that definition..all those hours of running will be watsted on a freaking cheesebuger and fries.Really ,is it worth it.You have to have will power,just because someone offers you cake,you dont HAVE to eat it.It is a choice.I believe I’ve gone off on a tanget..anyway my key to a six pack is not the ab lounge or a special machine in the gym.its diet and cardio..that simple.Once the fat melts away you will see,hey ..I have nice abs.If not,do some crunches and leg lift.Stay away from the junk food and that nice core you’ve always wanted will come!!
