my name is courtney and i saw your pictures on bodybuilding.com. i noticed in your pictures you had lower abdominal stretch marks. I have them as well and i have been struggling for years trying to tone my stomach and was wondering if you could give me advice on what works best to tighten my abdominal muscles. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

nothing but surgery gets rids of strech marks.My abs a rock solid hard.I do every thing possible for abs..and i work them everyday.You dont really see definition untill the fat is gone.Cardio is the key to a good six pack.Every one have good abs under their fat.You could spend 30 mins doing crunches everyday,but if you have fat on top of the muscle you really wont achieve much.You’d be better off running ,or swimming for 30 mins.Once the fat is gone is really when the muscles that were always there start to show.Hanging leg lifts are great for moms.Carrying those children around in our guts really do strech out the muscle.I hate working my lower abs because they are so week,but I do it everyday.Over the past few years they have slowly gotten stronger.Good look with your six pack.
