Well, I made to a weight I haven’t seen in a long time!
My weight is down to 229lbs now with 30 more pounds to go.

Well Feb 20 I Flat Bench Press 350lbs 5 times!
One of my goals is to press 400lbs by Jul 6, 2009 my birthday!
With the body weight of 190lbs!
Well, my strength is coming back to me I am able to do 4 sets 10 reps on the bench with 225lbs. I am still fighting my weakness (food) it is a fight. I need to amp up my workouts.
