sore today !!
GREAT ! yesterdays workout worked LOL i’m nice and sore in my back — shouldve worked harder in my chest but i’m pleased with what I accomplished in the gym !! getting there for starters LOL Gonna wait a bit and do my arm/shoulder routine
In my mind I picture how I want to look.. I actually saw a woman here on bodyspace - forgot her name– I want to be her body double… If she knew i was dreaming of her body she would think i was a freak LOL But she was perfect and I am striving to acheive her look… I’ll let ya know when i get there hahahahaha
Hangin out at my studio waiting for clients .. going to be busy starting at 4 — i LOVE when it gets crazy in here.. I get soooo pumped !!! But for now i internet suf and market * woopeee LOl
