Janthony–my new trainer
Friday, March 6th, 2009So, I have a new trainer, and he changed my diet a tad bit, as well as my aerobic. I will try to post my food intake from now on for accountability purposes and starting tomorrow AM, I will run at 6mph for 30 minutes and I will do 15 minutes on the stairclimber keeping my HR at 152-160 bpm.
I am so pumped about this!!! I love the results I have gotten in the last 2.5 months while working out like a maniac and eating much better than before. My goal is that in the next 4 weeks, I am down to the 120s, I can see my abs, and I fit in those bebe size 28 skinny jeans. I will accomplish this with the help of Janthony!
